Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2013-2016

Step 1.

Click on your start menu and select “Microsoft Office Outlook 2007”.

Step 2.

Click on the “Tools” (1) menu and then select “Account Settings…” (2).

Step 3.

 Click “New”.

Step 4.

Click “Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP”.

Step 5.

Check the box next to “Manually configure server settings or additional server types” and click “Next”.

Step 6.

Select the bubble next to “Internet E-mail” and click “Next”.

Step 7.

In the “Your Name” box enter your name. In the “E-mail Address” box enter your e-mail address. Make sure that the “Account Type” drop down box has “IMAP” selected. In the “Incoming mail server” box enter “”. In the “Outgoing mail server (SMTP)” box enter “”. (If we are hosting e-mail for your domain you may replace with In the “Username” box fill in your full e-mail address. For example: ( In the “Password” box enter your password. You may optionally check the box next to “Remember password” if you do not want to be asked for your password each time you check your mail. Click “More Settings”.

Step 8.

Select the “Outgoing Server” tab.

Step 9.

Check the box next to “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” (1). Select the bubble next to “Use same settings as my incoming mail server” (2). Click the “Advanced” (3) tab.

Step 10.

Set “Incoming server (IMAP)” to 993. Set “Use the following type of encrypted connection” to SSL.
Set “Outgoing server (SMTP)” to 465. Set “Use the following type of encrypted connection” to SSL. Click “OK”.

Step 11.

Click “Finish”.

Step 12.

Click “Close”. Microsoft Outlook 2007 is now configured to send and receive mail with your unWired Broadband mail account.
