1. Click on “File”.

2. Click on”Add Account”.

3. Click the bubble next to “Manually setup or additional server types” and click “Next”.

4. Click the bubble next to “POP or IMAP” and click “Next”.

5. In the “Your Name” box enter your name. In the “E-mail Address” box enter your e-mail address. Make sure that the “Account Type” drop down box has “IMAP” selected. In the “Incoming mail server” box enter “mail.unwiredbb.com”. In the “Outgoing mail server (SMTP)” box enter “mail.unwiredbb.com”. (If we are hosting e-mail for your domain you may replace mail.unwiredbb.com with mail.yourdomain.com) In the “User Name” box fill in your full e-mail address. For example: (user@cvip.net) Password” box enter your password. You may optionally check the box next to “Remember password” if you do not want to be asked for your password each time you check your mail. Click “More Settings”.

6. Select the “Outgoing Server” tab.

7. Check the box next to “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” (1). Select the bubble next to “Use same settings as my incoming mail server” (2). Click “Advanced” tab (3).

8. Set “Incoming server (POP3)” to 993. Check the box for “This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)”
Set “Outgoing server (SMTP)” to 465. Click “OK”.

9. Click on “Next”.

10. Click “Finish”. Microsoft Outlook 2013-2016 is now configured to send and receive mail with your unWired Broadband mail account.

3. Click on the “Add Account” button.

In the “Incoming mail server” box enter “mail.unwiredbb.com”. In the “Outgoing mail server (SMTP)” box enter “mail.unwiredbb.com”. For example: (user@cvip.net) Password” box enter your password. 7. Select the “Outgoing Server” tab.

8. Check the box next to “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” (1). Select the bubble next to “Use same settings as my incoming mail server” (2). Click “Advanced” tab (3).

9. Set “Incoming server (IMAP)” to 993. Set “Use the following type of encrypted connection” to SSL.
Set “Outgoing server (SMTP)” to 465. Set “Use the following type of encrypted connection” to SSL. Click “OK”.

10.  Click “Finish”. Microsoft Outlook 2010 is now configured to send and receive mail with your unWired Broadband mail account.

1. In the Dock, click on the Mail icon (the icon that looks like a postage stamp).

2. If this is the first time you’ve opened the Mail application, you will immediately be brought to the New Account setup assistant.  Click the “Continue” button at the bottom right and skip to step 6 below.

3. If you’ve opened Mail before, wait for Mail to open then click on the “Mail” menu at the top left of your screen and select “Preferences”.

4. Click on the “Accounts” icon at the top of the window.

5. Click on the plus sign “+” at the bottom left of the window.
6. Fill in your “Full Name, Email Address and Password” in the provided fields.

7. In the General Information area, set the “Account Type” to “POP”.

8. Enter “unWired” in the “Description:” field.  Next, enter “mail.unwiredbb.com” into the “Incoming Mail Server:” field.  Enter your full e-mail address in the “Username:” field. (For example: user@unwiredbb.net)  Enter your password in the “Password:” field. The window should look like the example below.  Click the “Continue” button.

9. At this point Mail may raise an exception, but this is expected. Click the “Continue” button to continue to the next screen.
10. Make sure that “Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)” is not checked.  Click the “Continue” button.

11. Next, fill in the outgoing mail server information. For “Description:” use “unWired”.  In the “Outgoing Mail Server:” field, enter “mail.unwiredbb.com” and check the box labeled “Use only this server”.  Check the box next to “Use Authentication” then fill in your User name (For example: username@unwiredbb.com)  and Password, then click “Continue”.

12. At this point Mail may again raise an exception, but this is expected. Click “Continue” to continue to the next screen.
13. Make sure that “Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)” is not checked.  Click the “Continue” button.

14. At this point, Mail will display a confirmation window for the connection which has been created, confirm that incoming and outgoing servers are “mail.unwiredbb.com”.  Click on “Create” to finish account creation.
