unWired Broadband is proud to announce that we have launched a tower in Fresno, CA. Coming in at 148 feet tall, this tower will serve existing customers in Easton, Raisin City and Kerman, as well as provide the capacity to serve even more new customers. This is the 6th tower that unWired has launched so far in 2020. Special thanks to our Tower Supervisor, Brett Baker, who coordinated his team to ensure this tower was activated as quickly and efficiently as possible. The addition of a new tower in the southwest Fresno area is the most recent expression of unWired’s continued commitment to providing fast & reliable Internet to those in rural and underserved areas throughout Central California. In the coming months, we look forward to making continued improvements to our existing network, as well as expanding our coverage area. unWired Broadband is a wireless Internet provider specializing in rural and underserved areas of California’s Central Valley. Coming in at 200 feet tall, this tower will serve over 68 existing customers in the Earlimart area and provide the capacity to serve even more new customers. This tower is the 5th tower unWired has launched so far in 2020. Thanks to Jared Prieto, Ben Amesquita and our entire Level 2 engineering team, this is the first tower that utilized a new equipment testing process, which aims to reduce customer installation times. The addition of a new tower in the Earlimart area is the most recent expression of unWired’s continued commitment to providing fast & reliable Internet to those in rural and underserved areas throughout Central California. Another World Ag Expo has come to a close! We loved meeting customers and other members of the ag community over the 3-day event at the International Agri-Center in Tulare, CA. The World Ag Expo is the world’s largest agriculture expo with over 1400 exhibitors and 100,000 attendees on 2.6 million square feet of event space. Thanks so much to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hi or get more information about our rural Internet service. We hope to see you next year at the 2021 World Ag Expo on February 9-11!

Coming in at 85 feet tall, this tower will serve over 93 existing customers in the Tranquillity area, as well as provide capacity to serve another 42 new customers. This tower is the 2nd tower unWired has launched so far in 2020. Special thanks to Jon Majors (Director of Field Construction), Rob Higby (Project Manager) and Sean Moss (Operations Engineer) who worked closely with the City of Tranquillity to ensure a quick solution for unWired Broadband to provide Internet in this area. The addition of a new tower in the Tranquillity area is the most recent expression of unWired’s continued commitment to providing fast & reliable Internet to those in rural and underserved areas throughout Central California.
